A letter from the RESistance

Some days ago we received a letter from the opposing faction, the RESistance. Although we do not agree with its content, we publish the letter here for the sake of transparacy.

We (the RES) feel that this agent has been treated unfairly. It has therefore been decided in our faction that we will leave this agent alone and let him receive his ONYX GUARDIAN BADGE on the following portal. We hope this will make him feel better. All local Resistance agents have been instructed to leave this portal alone. We wish the agent good luck until the 28th of November when he (if all goes well) will receive his badge. BRING OUT THE GIMP!

Usually he does not get out much and what we do in the basement stays in the basement! But last night I though I would take him out for a treat! I've always felt sorry for those with founder badges, but no onyx guardian. Not only did we get to eliminate a few blue LTPs (Long Term Portals) but agent Lowest got to cap those portals far out in the woods and with a bit of luck he will now get his Onyx Guardian badge on the 20th of September this year! They know where our guardians are and they get point! If you kill guardian = 1 point. Why do we not get points for guardians! The MODS of ENL GBG should really do this! It should be possible with SOP! What do you mean "comm history"? No, I know they cheat. They cannot know guardians because they are secret! Also it is not possible to know when guardian portal capped because no one scrolls back in COMM to check! It must be cheat! It is not possible for them to be better at this than we are! It is script and spoof! We also got NO PROOF of PICTURE (PoP) from anyone of them so it must be spoof. If you guardian is killed you should always accuse them of cheating!  I have reported all of them to Niantic INK because cheat. It seems our recent posts about guardian hunting (and name changing!!!!!!!!) wasn't quite clear enough.
While we despise guardian scripting. It is not the same when you have someone else to do it for you and you just read it out loud to people, sort of like a script, ya know, just sort of, NOT SAME SCRIPT as THE OTHER

And no, I did not know that MKottoson tried to use the same portals in Öijared as guardians back in 2014 and that the Resistance has been checking them regularly ever since. But that will not stop me from accusing agents from scripting.

No, I also did not know that Agent JoFa/GrandFasters/Pearkg (The blog honestly don't know which of these accounts is the main account for this player) tried to use Hakefjordens naturreservat as a guardian back in January 2015 and that the Resistance has been checking it regularly since then. But that will not stop me from accusing agents from scripting.

I think that the Resistance should know that we re-use the same portals as guardians quite often and should NOT shoot these portals.

Guardian hunting

Recently a lot of our players have had their guardian shot down just before hitting 90 or 150 days. Although this blog approves of guardian hunting, we do not approve of illegal methods or cheating (please see our previous blog entries regarding cheating).

This blog can today, exclusively, present you with an photo provided by one of our infiltrators in the blue team. This photo reveals how one of the blue players are able to find our guardians, every time, using a computer which goes "Pling!" every time a guardian is capped.
